Responsibilities/Experience:
Have an extensive knowledge of NYS CCLS; Knowledge of and ability to implement strategies to address the needs of diverse learners; Experience utilizing formative assessments to inform instructional decision making; Skilled at working with diverse student populations; Knowledge of PBIS and the ability to implement behavioral and positive effective classroom management strategies. Capacity to utilize technology to enhance practice; Interest in actively participating in the school community outside of the classroom
Must have valid NYS Childhood Education Grades 1-6
